SHIPPING POLICY
Since we are still a small business, we don’t have the right capital at this time to be able to stockpile in one location. Therefore, some items may be coming from abroad.
Shipping costs are included in the price of each product.
Our process works like this:

The transaction gets processed and the selected items get pulled from their locations.

The items get shipped to our office in York UK.

Once we have received the items in our office, we add the finishing touches. Such as the correct packaging and labels etc.

Once all has been done, we begin the shipping process direct to you.

If you require your items to be delivered for a specific occasion, we advise that you order in advance.

Delays in shipping and delivery are not a reflection of our brand. Delivery progression is left in the hands of the couriers and has nothing to do with us. We can also see the progress of your order and any issues that occur will be noted and you as a consumer will be compensated depending on the severity of the issue.

For whatever reason your order is lost in transit, a full refund will be issued back to you.
